We work with NDIA-managed, plan-managed, and self-managed participants. Our team will guide you through billing regardless of your management type.

Pro Health Assist works with all three NDIS funding management types. Here's how each one works:
The NDIA pays Pro Health Assist directly from your plan budget.
Your plan manager processes our invoices on your behalf. You can use both registered and unregistered providers.
You pay invoices directly and claim reimbursement from the NDIA. Maximum flexibility.
